Burst Creative Studio, in Metro Manila, seeks a Sales and Marketing Officer to lead client acquisition, nurture relationships, and drive campaigns for wedding, debut, and events photography and video services. You will handle inquiries, craft proposals, and ensure a smooth handoff to production for successful bookings.

The role combines sales, marketing, and event coordination with onsite availability and a passion for creating memorable moments.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge in social media marketing (FB/IG/TikTok).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing follow-ups.
• Passionate about weddings, debuts, and events; willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer who will lead client acquisition, relationship building, and campaign execution for our wedding, debut, and special events photo & video production services. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about helping clients create unforgettable moments.

SALES

• Handle inquiries across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Email).
• Communicate packages clearly and match clients to the right services.
• Follow up warm leads and convert them into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and event planners.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and client proposals.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track closing rates.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure client expectations are clear.

MARKETING

• Create and execute weekly content plans focused on weddings, debuts, and parties.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce photo/video marketing materials.
• Manage social media pages and monitor engagement, inquiries, and ad performance.
• Assist in creating Facebook and TikTok ads to generate qualified leads.
• Identify trends in the events industry and create campaigns that align with them.
• Develop partnerships with event coordinators, venues, stylists, and suppliers.
• Attend events, bridal fairs, and networking opportunities when necessary.

Qualifications
