Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales/account management experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present the company's products and services, prepare proposals, and conduct sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely implementation and delivery of client requirements.
• Monitor client accounts and resolve service-related issues.
• Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
