Job summary

Yokly is hiring a remote Growth Marketer to own the strategy and execution for paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram) and lead nurture, working across audiences, creatives, and offers. You will drive structured experiments and ensure pipeline accuracy, with GoHighLevel automations handling nurture, reminders, and reactivations.

You’ll partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights in a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth marketing, marketing ops, sales ops, or CRM-driven marketing.
• Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to own pipeline, deadlines, and SOPs.
• Able to collaborate with leadership on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram) end-to-end.
• Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and lead flows.
• Manage lead follow-up cadence and pipeline status.
• Configure GoHighLevel automations for nurture, reminders, reactivation.
• Present monthly performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
