Job summary

Yokly is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to own a US-based account, leading LinkedIn outreach and GoHighLevel campaigns. You’ll coach a pod, drive pipelines, and be the face of the client relationship, ensuring retention and peak performance.

This independent contractor role is full-time with a graveyard shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT) aligned to PST. You’ll work from home with weekends off and frontline responsibility for KPIs, processes, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LinkedIn outreach experience using Sales Navigator or similar tools.
• Built workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel yourself.
• 3+ years leading people, not just projects.
• Experience in franchising - development, sales, candidate qualification, or growth strategy.
• Sales background is required.
• Experience leading a remote team.
• Strong communication with Western clients.
• Project, operations, or account management chops.

Responsibilities

• Run LinkedIn outreach for your pod yourself.
• Build and manage the GoHighLevel side of the campaign - workflows, pipelines, triggers, and contact tagging.
• Coach and lead a pod.
• Track team and campaign KPIs inside your GHL pipeline.
• Be the direct point of contact for the US-based client on performance and results.
• Own account retention and client success.
• Develop and improve processes that enhance the pod's effectiveness.
