Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to drive end-to-end performance across multiple hubs in the Philippines. You will translate network and business goals into regional execution plans, oversee Area Managers, and ensure service levels, productivity, and cost efficiency through strong KPI governance and standardized processes.

You will lead capacity planning, cross-functional collaboration with OPEX, Strategy, Finance, and Claims, and build a scalable regional org.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in logistics or last mile operations.
• 3–5 years in a regional or senior operations leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Area Managers or equivalent multi-layer operations structure.
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-moving logistics or distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance of multiple Area Managers and hub network within the region.
• Ensures consistent first mile and last mile operations in line with KPIs and standards.
• Monitors regional health and drives resolution of systemic issues across areas.
• Leads governance cadence with Area Managers and conducts performance reviews.
• Drives capacity planning, network optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Partners with OPEX, Strategy, Finance, Claims, and other stakeholders for alignment.
• Ensures accurate regional reporting and escalation management.
