Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Operations Strategy professional in the Philippines to diagnose problems, structure approaches, and drive cross-functional alignment. You will build planning models, forecast city rollouts, and support leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate with regional teams, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
• Drives problem-solving with accountability and execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations strategy, logistics, ecommerce, analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream execution from planning through to launch.
• Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end: scope landscape, identify gaps, surface constraints before planning.
• Build and maintain planning models and forecasts.
• Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination across local and regional stakeholders.
• Analyze performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders and leadership decks.
• Support and guide analysts and junior team members.
