Job summary

PUMA is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager for the Philippines to lead store performance and sales culture across a district of stores. You will drive KPIs, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with global standards.

You will mentor Area and Store Managers and coordinate with Merchandising and Planning teams to optimize stock and service levels. The role requires 5+ years in retail ops, 2+ in a leading role, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience in a customer service oriented environment.
• 2-3 years in a similar position with a Global Brand.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience managing multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a district of stores to achieve or exceed targets.
• Deliver on P&L and KPI targets, improve store productivity and drive SMART targets.
• Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to meet international standards.
