Job summary

PUMA is seeking a District Retail Operations lead in Metro Manila to strategically manage and promote sales culture across stores. You will drive KPI targets, store productivity, and local operating plans to position PUMA as the fastest sports brand.

The role requires 5+ years in retail operations, 2+ years of managerial experience with a global brand, and strong English communication. Expect collaboration with SEA teams and central operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience.
• 2–3 years in a similar position with a Global Brand.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience managing multiple stores.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on targets and KPIs for the district and improve store productivity.
• Lead and enforce store operations standards, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with country Retail Operations, Training, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
• Drive process improvements and strategic priorities across the country.
• Coach and develop country Operations teams and secure succession planning.
