You will oversee inventory, loss prevention, and staff development in a fast-paced regional market. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail operations with a global brand, strong English communication, and proven leadership across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience, 2+ years in a similar role with a global brand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in business English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on retail P&L and KPI targets; identify opportunities to improve store productivity.
• Implement global/region operational tools and standards; oversee store openings, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Retail Operations, Training, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
