Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in retail operations; 2–3 years in a similar role with a global brand.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience; able to oversee multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote sales culture across a district of stores to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Implement and supervise store operations, inventory, and loss prevention in line with global standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Training, Marketing, Merchandising, and E‑Commerce teams.
