Job summary

PUMA is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to strategically lead sales culture within a district of stores to achieve sales, KPI targets, and profitability goals.

You will implement global operational standards, manage inventories and shrink, oversee staffing, and coach local teams to meet international benchmarks.

Collaboration with Retail Support, Training, Marketing, and Merchandising will shape execution, with a focus on process improvement and talent development.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ retail operations experience with a Global Brand in a customer service oriented environment (apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor)
• 2+ years managerial experience managing multiple stores
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (business level)
• Proficiency in MS Office and store reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver on set targets, KPIs, and store profitability across a district
• Implement global/regional standards for operations and VM and ensure compliance
• Coordinate inventory, stock takes, and loss prevention measures
• Lead and develop country operations teams and coordinate with cross-functional groups
• Drive process improvements and regional initiatives to meet country needs
