Job summary

PUMA Group in Metro Manila, Makati is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to strategically manage and promote sales culture within a district of stores, driving KPIs and profitability to position PUMA as the fastest sports brand.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement global standards, manage inventories, train staff, and develop talent, with multiple stores under your supervision. Strong English, MS Office, and 5+ years of retail ops experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years in retail operations with a global brand in a customer service environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience managing multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a district of stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s and profitability goals.
• Deliver on targets by improving store productivity, driving SMART targets, and monitoring performance to optimize PUMA's retail operations.
• Implement global/regional standards, manage store openings/closures, inventory, shrink, and training across the region.
• Collaborate with Retail Support functions and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and initiatives.
• Develop and coach country Operations teams, identify talent, and support succession planning.
