GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Resource Planning Associate to support resource planning, staffing, and capacity management across delivery teams in the Asia Pacific region.

You will track availability, assist with allocation based on skills, prepare workforce analytics, and work with Delivery, PMO, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders to forecast staffing needs. This role emphasizes strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, PMO, or Staffing Operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with resource allocation or utilization tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in technology consulting or project-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support resource planning, staffing, and capacity management activities.
• Track resource availability, project demand, and workforce utilization.
• Assist with consultant allocation based on skills, availability, and project needs.
• Monitor utilization, bench capacity, and staffing gaps.
• Prepare resource reports, forecasts, and workforce analytics.
• Work closely with Delivery, PMO, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders on staffing requirements.
