Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Resource Planning Associate to support resource planning, staffing, and capacity management across delivery teams in the Asia Pacific region.

You will track availability, assist with allocation based on skills, prepare workforce analytics, and work with Delivery, PMO, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders to forecast staffing needs. This role emphasizes strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, PMO, or Staffing Operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with resource allocation or utilization tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in technology consulting or project-based environments preferred.

Prepare resource reports, forecasts, and workforce analytics.

Work closely with Delivery, PMO, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders on staffing requirements.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, PMO, Project Coordination, Staffing Operations, or Delivery Support.

Experience with resource allocation, workforce scheduling, capacity planning, or utilization tracking.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with resource management or project management tools.

Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or project-based environments is preferred.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Kantata, Float, or similar tools.

Understanding of utilization metrics, capacity forecasting, and project staffing processes.
