Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Experience managing software development, automation, or RPA projects.
• Strong background collaborating with developers, QA, automation engineers, and stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years in Agile software development environments.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software development, automation, RPA, and IT projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, automation teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, monitor progress, and drive timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track budgets, resources, and overall project health.
