Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Workforce Planning professional to forecast staffing needs, maintain accurate rosters, and optimize capacity across operations in the Philippines. The role requires experience with forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real time management to meet client service levels.

You will collaborate with operations and client services, publish capacity snapshots, and drive data-driven action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Planning with Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects.
• High attention to detail with a drive to optimize processes.
• Proactive in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in statistics and strong computer skills.
• Ability to read trends and translate to forecasts.
• Working knowledge of Google Applications.
• In-depth knowledge of WFM tools, preferably IEX.
• Strong verbal and written communication; high achiever and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather forecasting data.
• Maintain a staff roster with availability, preferences and skills.
• Publish over/under snapshots and create action plans for gaps or overages.
• Input data into the online capacity planning tool to ensure seating plans are accurate.
