Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Staffing Manager to oversee the full staffing process from onboarding to workforce management. You will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to align the workforce with business objectives, while focusing on talent development and retention to minimize bench time.

The role emphasizes planning, forecasting, data-driven decisions, and regulatory compliance, with an onsite schedule 2–3 days per week at the Mall of Asia Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excel skills: creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, analyzing data, and generating reports.
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce, staffing, or capacity planning management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Staffing Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and leadership to plan for future staffing needs based on business goals.
• Workforce Management: Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules or assignments to meet operational demands.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track staffing metrics, use data to inform staffing strategies, and present reports to senior management.
