Job summary

Asia Select in Alabang, Muntinlupa City seeks a Workforce Specialist to lead staffing strategy, forecasting, and capacity planning for a large-scale operation. You will collaborate with Operations, People & Culture, and Learning & Development to align staffing with demand and business goals.

The role emphasizes analytics, dashboard-driven insights, and adherence to labor laws, with onsite work and rotating shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of Experience in Workforce Management within a BPO, contact center, or similar environment.
Strong experience in workforce forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time workforce management.
Strong knowledge of workforce planning principles, forecasting methodologies, scheduling strategies, and workforce analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with workforce management platforms and reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI, Verint, NICE IEX, Aspect, Genesys WFM, or similar systems.
Experience supporting large-scale operations, preferably 200+ employees or multi-site environments.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Initiative, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to work onsite and on rotating shifts based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts based on operational demand.
Analyze historical workload, staffing trends, productivity, occupancy, and operational metrics.
Create and maintain workforce capacity plans for staffing levels and readiness.
Determine staffing requirements and recommend hiring plans based on forecasted demand.
Partner with recruitment to meet workforce needs through timely hiring and onboarding.
Develop and manage workforce schedules for optimal coverage and efficiency.
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules.
Manage shift assignments, rotations, rest days, and leave schedules.
Coordinate schedule adjustments with operational leaders.
Monitor schedule effectiveness and identify improvements.
Track attendance, schedule adherence, and real-time workforce availability.
Execute workforce adjustments including overtime and reallocations.
Identify risks and gaps; provide recommendations to management.
Maintain workforce dashboards, attendance records, and reports.
Produce reports, analytics, and insights for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, and L&D to align plans with staffing and training needs.
Support business continuity with contingency strategies.
Evaluate workforce processes and suggest automation and optimization initiatives.
Conduct workforce simulations and scenario planning for growth and readiness.
Develop and maintain workforce management standards and guidelines.
