Job summary

Magic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships remotely from the Philippines. This is a full-time, in-house role reporting to Andrew Valle, operating on US Eastern hours.

You will protect revenue, grow accounts, and turn happy clients into advocates, managing a diverse portfolio with no handoffs and no delays. You'll drive renewals, conduct quarterly business reviews, surface expansion opportunities, and keep data clean in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience juggling multiple accounts.
• Direct ownership of revenue retention and expansion targets across the customer lifecycle.
• Background in SaaS/tech, outsourcing/staffing, professional services/BPO, or marketplace platforms.
• HubSpot experience used daily for pipeline and account health; Salesforce or similar CRM acceptable.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, dashboards, trend analysis.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily communication with US-based executives.
• Professional home office: fast internet, headset, quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Guard your book of business: own a portfolio and maintain 90%+ gross revenue retention and 110%+ net revenue retention.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and start renewals 60–90 days out with save plans.
• Launch new clients quickly with onboarding framework and a defined success plan.
• Host quarterly business reviews and become the trusted advisor to founders and C-suite.
• Hunt expansion opportunities and build the business case first.
• Surface insights from data: track churn risk, keep CRM clean, and report portfolio health monthly.
