Job summary

CommandLink is a global SaaS provider offering network, voice, and IT security solutions. We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to build strong relationships with existing customers, conduct simple business reviews, and maximize value from our services.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in the Philippines. You’ll collaborate with leadership to grow the business, encourage upgrades, renewals, and new products while maintaining a low cancellation rate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working with customers, preferably in sales, account management, or customer support.
• You’re clear, calm, and confident when talking with customers—including on video calls or in presentations.
• You take initiative, follow up without being asked, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and good at building relationships with others quickly.
• You can learn new software and processes without much hand-holding.
• You like to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Get to know CommandLink’s technology and support approach so you can confidently talk to customers and answer their questions.
• Use our software to regularly check in with your assigned customers, understand their needs, and help grow the relationship.
• Work with your assigned customers to identify renewal, upgrades, changes, additional products and/or services.
• Learn and use tools like our CRM (customer database), quoting system, and reporting dashboards to stay organized and hit your goals.
• Contribute to a positive, fast-moving work environment that values teamwork, growth, and customer success.
