Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Trade Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retail pharmacies within the assigned territory. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience in pharma/healthcare/FMCG.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Camanava/Bulacan/Newton Ecija area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies to drive product availability, visibility, and market share.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates as required.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
