Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience for volume, specialized, or officer-level roles.
• Experience engaging leaders and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven recruitment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offers.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner for assigned business units.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure timely processing and movement of candidates through the funnel.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, regulations, and controls.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, hiring events, and talent initiatives.
