Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruitment or HR.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for volume or officer-level roles is preferred.
• Experience engaging business leaders and managing multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer management.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner for assigned business units.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure timely progression of candidates through the recruitment funnel.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and internal controls.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, and hiring events.
