Job summary

Key duties include soliciting loan accounts from branches, developers, brokers and referrals; reviewing requirements for credit processing and booking; coordinating with backroom units; and supporting clients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Account Officer/Relationship Officer selling loans.
• Knowledge of credit policies and financial analysis.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and presentation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit loan accounts from branches, developers, brokers, and referrals.
• Develop sales channel through regular branch visits and training.
• Analyze applicant financial capacity and credit worthiness.
• Review pre- and post-approval requirements for credit processing and loan booking.
• Coordinate with backroom units to resolve processing issues.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve targets.
• Attend branch and client inquiries and provide post-booking support.
• Provide market trend information and customer needs insights.
