Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Project Development Officer to lead planning and development of real estate projects from evaluation through turnover.

The role emphasizes feasibility analysis, financial modeling, market assessment, and strategic business planning with cross-functional coordination across internal teams, consultants, and government agencies. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, plus experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project development or real estate development.
Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments is an advantage.
Strong skills in financial modeling, feasibility studies, market research, and business case preparation.
Knowledge of the real state development process, project planning, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
CPA, MBA, or related certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects through development lifecycle from evaluation to turnover.
Conduct feasibility studies including financial, market, technical, and site analyses.
Evaluate viability based on market demand, financial returns, and regulatory requirements.
Develop project concepts, business cases, and development strategies.
Coordinate project approvals and prepare documentation for management review.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Support land acquisition by preparing preliminary financial analyses and due diligence.
Assist in project planning, launch timelines, and regulatory permits.
Track financial performance and support sales launches with pricing and revenue projections.
Coordinate with Construction, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Government agencies.
