Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Commercial Director to lead the Commercial Team across MEPF, civil, and structural projects from the BGC Head Office and project sites as required. The role focuses on validating estimates, strengthening cost controls, and protecting margins through a full project lifecycle.

You will drive tender strategy, manage budgets and cash flow, and elevate commercial governance while expanding into larger developments beyond fit-out works.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with ME/EE/CE discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years in quantity surveying, estimating or commercial management within construction/MEPF.
• Proven experience handling projects ₱100M–₱150M range and above.
• Strong background in BOQ/BOM, bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Ability to independently validate estimates and technical-commercial assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and structure Commercial Team (QS, Estimating, Bid Management).
• Develop commercial frameworks to support expansion into larger projects.
• Drive pricing discipline, margin protection, and risk-balanced bid strategies.
• Partner with Design, Procurement, and Project Operations for cost validation from pre-bid to execution.
• Improve processes, standardize templates, and build commercial capability.
