HRTx Inc is seeking a Finance Executive at Director to VP level to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and governance. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, partnering with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth.

You will manage accounting, treasury, and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, establish strong internal controls, and mentor a high-performing finance team across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles (Director, AVP, or VP level).
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
• Proven leadership experience managing large finance teams and complex operations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
