HRTX is seeking a Business Development Director to lead strategic BD across clusters, driving growth by expanding partnerships and entering new markets. You will shape territory plans, guide the BD team, and align proposals with client ROI while ensuring contract compliance.

You will work with senior management to translate market insights into winning strategies, oversee key accounts, and foster strategic partnerships to boost revenue and market presence.

Formación

• Must have strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in selling IT products and services to senior management.
• Experience in negotiating complex contracts and closing deals.

Responsabilidades
