Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company, is seeking a freelance Procurement Executive in Manila for a 3-month assignment. You will process POs, manage supplier records, and assist the Procurement Manager to ensure timely supply of goods and services.

Requirements include 2–5 years in procurement, strong MS Excel skills, English proficiency, and experience with NetSuite/ERP. Hybrid work week; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years procurement experience or related supply-chain role.
• Proficient with MS Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Provide procurement and inventory administrative support, update stock records and assist the Procurement Manager.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases and contracts.
• Perform regular inventory updates and reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Track deliveries and resolve shipment or invoice discrepancies.
• Assist supplier selection and vendor performance tracking.
• Prepare procurement reports and basic spend analysis.
• Expedite orders and coordinate replacements when needed.
• Familiar with NetSuite.
• 5 days work week hybrid.
