Job summary

Focus Global Inc. in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end local and international purchasing, collaborating with suppliers to deliver accurate, efficient, and value-driven procurement.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders up to delivery and maintaining the ERP system, coordinating with vendors to maximize on-time delivery, and driving process improvements to reduce costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience. International procurement is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in all facets of Procurement including Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Reduction Strategies, and Vendor Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and placement: Process orders received from end-users within the agreed-upon timeframe for the assigned local and/or international brands; coordinate with vendors and revise POs as needed.
• Order Monitoring and Tracking: Update the monitoring tracker and ERP system after every order is sent to the vendor; follow up with vendors on pending orders or shipments.
• Process Improvements and Special Projects: Continuously review the current purchasing process and come up with cost-saving for the team.
