Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst in Metro Manila to manage end-to-end invoice processing using DataServ and to support procurement activities ensuring timely, accurate transactions. You will handle invoice exceptions, perform Oracle checks, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Oracle ERP and E2Open.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, accounts payable, invoice processing, or related functions within a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP – Purchasing modules.
• Familiarity with E2Open or similar supplier collaboration platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• DataServ Invoice Management and processing.
• Own and manage invoice exceptions and verification in Oracle.
• Release weekly reports of pending invoices and monitor aging.
• Verify and validate OA data for suppliers not using E2Open.
• Collaborate with Commodities Managers to improve invoice accuracy and drive corrective actions.
