Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead pursuit opportunities valued at $10M and above. You will guide cross-functional teams through the proposal process, ensuring compliant, Xerox-branded submissions and tight content governance.

Responsibilities include kickoff planning, bid-planner management, and RFx content development across global deals. Strong project management and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a project management orientation.
• Proactive, capable of initiating the Proposal Development process and team expectations within 48 hours of deal assignment.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize meetings and tasks.
• Clear verbal communication and instruction regarding the Proposal Development process.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pursuit projects as the primary contact and guide through proposal development.
• Lead kickoff meetings and checkpoints, manage cadence and deadlines.
• Assemble and update bid planner workbook with governance and timelines.
• Edit and rewrite RFx content for compliance and branding.
• Develop RFx responses and ensure alignment with requirements.
