Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a PMO & Operational Excellence Manager to lead enterprise project governance, quality management, and continuous improvement across Global Business Services. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and reduce operational risk.

In this role, you will establish PM methodologies, drive program execution, and develop executive dashboards while coaching teams on best practices.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in PMO, Operational Excellence, Quality Management or related disciplines.
Proven ability to lead enterprise projects and governance frameworks with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and change-leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Establishes, maintains, and enhances project management methodologies, standards, templates, and governance routines.
Oversees project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across programs.
Reviews portfolio performance and delivers visibility into health, milestones, risks, and resources.
Leads cross-functional projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develops dashboards, KPI views, SLA reporting, and governance packs for leadership reviews.
Coaches project managers and teams on governance, tools, and execution standards.
Drives Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 and compliance requirements.
Leads Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Partners with stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable process improvements.
Promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused excellence.
