Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist for the pursuits team to lead proposal development and create high-impact client materials. You will coordinate with marketing, SMEs and technical teams to deliver compelling, compliant responses on global projects from our Manila office.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical editing/writing, strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and experience with RFPs, tone, and branding.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant editing/writing experience in AEC or similar.
• Strong organization and deadline management.
• Excellent grammar and proofreading.
• Proficient in Word; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Deltek Vision CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Client-focused with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and deliver high-quality, compliant responses.
• Collaborate with marketing and SMEs to craft accurate content.
• Support sector requirements and related marketing initiatives.
• Manage timelines, meetings, and content quality assurance.
• Lead debriefs and implement continuous improvement.
• Coach junior staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Coordinate interview prep and client presentations.
• Edit content for grammar, tone, and consistency.
• Coordinate with HR/finance/legal and other departments as needed.
• Tailor materials for individual proposals and maintain marketing literature.
• Develop capability statements and presentations for clients.
• Partner with technical staff to develop concepts and collateral.
• Research target markets and share insights across offices.
• Mentor teammates and promote collaborative culture.
• Coordinate a range of marketing support activities.
