Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Special Project Specialist for Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) to drive strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and ensure profitability. The role focuses on high-impact projects, process improvements, and P&L management to enhance FBS operations and seller experience.

Candidates should have 4+ years in strategy, operations or financial analysis, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA a plus)
4+ years in project management, strategy, operations or financial analysis (e-commerce/logistics a plus)
Strong financial acumen including P&L management, forecasting and cost optimization
Proficiency in Excel, SQL or BI tools for data-driven decision-making
Strong automation skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities

Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams (Seller Ops, Logistics, BD, Finance, Tech).
Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and KPIs.
