Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager in the Philippines to lead website and marketplace operations. You will drive SEO, content, and UX improvements while managing ads across Google, Facebook, and display networks to boost traffic and conversions.

You will also mentor a cross-functional team, coordinate campaigns for holidays and launches, and optimize inventory and fulfillment processes to maximize profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications (Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, SEO) are a strong advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record managing websites, online marketplaces, and digital media campaigns.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional e-commerce teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills supervising marketing and support staff.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the e-commerce website.
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic; manage content updates.
• Enhance site usability with UX/UI best practices for a seamless shopping experience.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and generate insights for decisions.
• Oversee presence on Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and future marketplaces.
• Maintain optimized product listings for search and conversion; manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage media plans, PPC and display ads; optimize CPAS for ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists and marketers.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and awareness.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with logistics; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast inventory using sales data and market trends; report status regularly.
