Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Experience managing websites and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
Experience leading cross-functional e-commerce teams.
Strong leadership and team management.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Website Marketing and Management: oversee development, maintenance, and UX improvements.
SEO: implement and optimize strategies to boost organic traffic.
Marketplace Management: optimize listings, pricing, and vendor relationships across platforms.
Media Planning and CPAS Optimization: plan digital ads and optimize CPAS for CAC/ROI.
Team Management: mentor and align e-commerce team with business goals.
Campaign Planning and Execution: develop and run promotions with other departments.
Fulfillment Coordination: coordinate order processing and inventory flow to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Analysis: monitor stock levels and forecast demand.
