Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a senior strategy/PMO professional to drive structured problem-solving and multi-workstream governance across truck-related initiatives. The role requires collaboration with operations, network, finance, and vendors to maintain timelines and deliver actionable insights.

You will build data-backed analyses, prepare executive updates, and develop scalable cost and speed improvement initiatives across hubs and sites in a fast-paced tech/commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting, strategy, or PMO within tech/e‑commerce.
• Ability to break down complex costs or services and derive data-backed conclusions.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modelling to stress-test unit-economics and cost models.
• Clear business communication and crisp PowerPoint/Slides presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run structured problem-solving on P0 truck-related initiatives and design corrective plans.
• Prepare senior leadership updates (steering decks, monthly reviews) translating data into narratives on cost, delivery time, and health of initiatives.
• Coordinate with Network, Operations, Commercial and Finance across internal and external vendors to keep initiatives on timeline and unblock dependencies.
• Identify new cost and speed improvements and shape them into structured, trackable initiatives.
