• Lead and grow the organisation's project sales business across key construction sectors, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage strategic project opportunities from specification through to conversion while developing high-performing sales teams and key industry relationships.
• Develop and execute the Project Sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and other key construction segments.
• Build strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, designers, and project owners.
• Drive projects through the full sales cycle: Specification → Approval → Procurement → Installation → Completion.
