The successful candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer with 15+ years in project management, possess strong leadership and budgeting skills, and is proficient in Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with 15+ years in PM including Budget/Contract/Construction Management.
• Strong communication, leadership and data budgeting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Windows Office and AutoCAD; attention to detail and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the COO and aligns with management on project direction.
• Provides strategic leadership for planning and execution of all projects.
• Oversee project planning, implementation and control.
• Lead budget development and monitor project completion progress.
• Mentor and train Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning and Construction Teams.
• Lead plan reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure PM processes and procedures are followed by teams.
