Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales organization to deliver business targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, account expansion, and strategic project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, developers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives; manage sales pipeline across regions.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities and plan initiatives.
• Lead coaching for sales managers and team members to build a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain on strategic decisions.
