Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Business Project Manager for a chemical manufacturing, industrial raw materials, and supply chain solutions company. The role is based on-site in BGC, Taguig, Philippines, with regular travel to Batangas and Cavite.

The ideal candidate will drive business development and oversee end-to-end project acquisition, from opportunity identification to project execution, leveraging strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, commercial management, or project management roles.
• Experience in bidding, supplier/customer negotiations, or commercial projects.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial products, raw materials, trading, or supply chain preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities in raw materials and commercial projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project acquisition: opportunity ID, bid prep, coordination, proposal development, negotiation and execution.
• Build relationships, evaluate opportunities, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
