Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Manila to lead enterprise-wide PPM standardization and governance initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders, govern risks, and oversee adoption of standardized policies across business units. The role involves coordinating with Process Owners and SMEs, driving governance frameworks, and ensuring timely delivery of process maps and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in business transformation, process improvement, governance, compliance, BPM, or operational excellence.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willing to work on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of PPM standardization and BPM governance initiatives across multiple business units.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with Process Owners, SMEs, Compliance, Risk, and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Oversee assessment, documentation, validation, and approval of policies, procedures, and process maps.
• Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, including governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Manage implementation teams, business analysts, and process analysts to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive issue resolution and remove delivery roadblocks through proactive engagement.
• Support organizational change management activities, including communications and training.
• Monitor progress, report status, and provide recommendations to senior management.
