Job summary

Appficiency in the Philippines is seeking a Senior PMO Director to elevate the PMO to strategic, enterprise-wide governance. You will own portfolio health, resourcing, and program performance, serving as the executive voice to leadership and clients.

Lead Senior Project Managers across a multi-project portfolio, set a rigorous reporting framework including EVM, budgets, risks, and scope-change tracking, and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications

12+ years in project delivery, consulting, or PMO leadership
PMP certification is a must for this role
Experience leading a PMO through maturity transformation
Strong business acumen with regard to project financials, utilization, and capacity data
Executive-level communication and delivery-health reporting

Responsibilities

Define and lead the PMO strategic direction and roadmap
Own accuracy and timeliness of project performance reporting (EVM, budget health, risk, scope changes)
Establish a rigorous communication plan across all project teams
Lead and develop Senior Project Managers and delivery leads
Execute a multi-year roadmap to elevate the PMO to a directive function
Provide constructive feedback and corrective action when needed
Collaborate with Global Delivery to optimize resource allocation
Guide escalations across strategic accounts
Grow related sales alongside Sales and Solutions
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement
