Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Significant experience in project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, risk management, and structured methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT project delivery is an advantage.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience in audit, risk, compliance or governance-related activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with established PM methodologies, governance frameworks and organizational processes.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders to align on objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare project status reports, management updates and governance documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to controls.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance checkpoints and audit-related activities as applicable.
• Drive accountability across project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
