Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs.

The role requires S/4HANA expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget onsite in Quezon City. You will manage plans, budgets, risks, vendor relations, and cross-functional alignment between business and IT, ensuring a smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field.
• 5-10 years' experience in SAP Project Management leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• S/4HANA experience required.
• SAP or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, close) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide regular status reporting, insights, and decision support to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to deliverables and SLAs.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, IT teams, and external partners.
• Drive high-performance teamwork and ensure accountability across delivery teams.
• Support smooth transition from project delivery to operations (handover, hypercare, stabilization).
