Qualifications

• 10+ years in governance, operating model, or transformation roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks.
• Strong background in supplier, risk, and project governance methodologies.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capability.
• Sound understanding of regulatory and industry expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously enhance governance frameworks and operating structures.
• Define clear decision rights, authorities, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and industry best practices.
• Drive standardization of governance forums and controls.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational alignment.
• Drive transformation of systems, services, and technology environments.
• Develop and refine project management guidelines and ensure adoption.
• Partner with delivery teams to embed best practices.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen governance maturity.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional governance initiatives.
• Provide informed recommendations based on emerging trends.
• Implement mechanisms to capture, curate, and share institutional knowledge.
• Foster collaboration and communities of practice.
• Maintain accurate governance documentation and audit trails.
• Deliver executive-level reporting to senior leaders and oversight groups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and functional leaders.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
• Liaise with external advisors and regulators as required.
