Job summary

CAI in the Philippines is seeking a Project & Portfolio Management Excellence Consultant to establish a pragmatic PPM system across the organization. You will design the framework, governance standards, and tools, pilot them on live initiatives, drive adoption, and transfer ownership to internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mandaluyong City. You will connect strategy to execution, aligning portfolios, programs, and projects with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building, transforming, or significantly enhancing PMO/PPM capabilities.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into structured portfolios, programs, and initiatives.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and adaptive delivery methodologies.
• Experience establishing governance models, project standards, operating procedures, portfolio reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Coaching project managers, program leads, initiative owners, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end PPM operating model aligning strategy with portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Define portfolio structures, initiative taxonomy and information standards for a single view of initiatives.
• Develop demand intake and prioritization processes based on value, risk, and resources.
• Clarify governance, decision rights, and accountability across sponsors, owners, and delivery teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, lifecycle standards, stage gates, and delivery controls.
• Define review cadences with steering committees and governance forums.
• Create templates and playbooks for business cases, roadmaps, RAID logs, and benefit tracking.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and dashboards for visibility into risks, dependencies, and performance.
