You will analyze revenue, costs, project gross margin, and profitability while collaborating with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations to identify drivers and correct discrepancies. The role involves building profitability dashboards, tracking top clients and projects by PGM, and communicating findings to DU Heads and General Managers, enabling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
3+ years of experience in project accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
Strong knowledge of revenue, cost, profitability, and variance analysis.
Experience creating financial dashboards and management reports.

Responsibilities

Analyze project revenue and costs to assess financial performance.
Monitor Project Gross Margin (PGM) and profitability across projects.
Prepare project profitability dashboards (Top 10 clients, PGM 30–50%, below 30%, negative PGM).
Identify variances, trends, and potential errors; provide actionable insights.
Recommend reporting adjustments based on analysis.
Prepare project financial summaries for heads and GMs.
Support decision-making with timely financial reporting.
