MASE HOLDINGS INC. is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines to lead planning and execution of growth initiatives. You will drive market expansion, partnerships, and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires overseeing feasibility studies, financial models, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to optimize value and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or strategic roles.
• Experience in managing end-to-end projects, including feasibility studies, planning, and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across core and adjacent industries to drive growth and diversification.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, investors, and business partners.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, investment cases, and financial models to support decision-making and project approvals.
• Lead end-to-end evaluation and development of business opportunities through feasibility studies covering technical, financial, operational, and market viability.
